Welcome to Good

We provide specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Psychology and advanced Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) from our private offices in Kent and Poole. We also offer UK-wide online therapy via video link for clinical, behavioural and emotional problems. In addition to our specialist clinics for Trauma, OCD, Health Anxiety, BDD, BFRBs and Tic Disorders, we provide clinically validated treatments for the full range of anxiety conditions and mood disorders.

Formally known as Sevenoaks CBT, we work as a mutual collective, providing leading edge CBT EMDR and psychological services direct to our clients, without agency or third-party involvement. This means you deal directly with your therapist on a personal and confidential basis.

We provide full 60 minute therapy appointments, rather than the standard 50 minutes offered by other private providers. Each session is supported by a written summary, therapy assignments and behavioural tasks and activities. Therapy sessions can also be recorded on request and where this is helpful to the client.

The self-referral process is quick and straight forward, normally taking less than a week from enquiry to first appointment. Our clients always work with fully qualified and professionally accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, Clinical Psychologists and advanced EMDR practitioners. We provide leading edge evidence-based treatments for a range of psychological problems. Every client receives a full psychological assessment including psychometric tests, a written assessment report and treatment plan.

As we specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, we offer the full range of wave 1-3 CBT options to our clients. This includes mainstream CBT, ACT, CFT, DBT, IBT and REBT.

EMDR, clinical and behavioural psychology are also provided as stand-alone treatments or as integrated therapy interventions along-side CBT.

Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Clinical Psychology sessions are charged at £125 for a 60 minute therapy session. Our clients therefore receive the full therapy hour in session, rather than the limited 50 minutes or less offered by other private providers.
